The meeting was attended by several high-ranking officials, including Minister of Planning and Economic Development Hala el Saeed, Minister of Finance Mohamed Maait, and Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Sobhy, along with officials from the concerned ministries.

The main objective of the meeting was to discuss the outcome of the work done by the committee that was formed to assess the offers submitted for the management and operation of the Egypt International City for Olympic Games. The committee, which was formed earlier, had received several offers and had evaluated them based on various factors before presenting them for review to the Prime Minister.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister reviewed the offers and discussed the feasibility of each offer. The officials present at the meeting exchanged their opinions and recommendations, and the Prime Minister directed the concerned ministries to provide their feedback on the offers.

It was noted that once the offers were finalized, they would be presented to the President for consideration. The President would then make a final decision on the management and operation of the Egypt International City for Olympic Games.
