to Earning

Your talent deserves to be seen.
Your ambition deserves an opportunity.

25 November 2026 The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo

Meet employers. Connect with leaders. Build skills that help you move forward.

Join students, graduates and professionals at an event bringing education, employment and women's economic empowerment together and putting you in the conversation.

About the summit

The people you want to meet.
The conversations you need to have.

What are employers looking for? How do you get noticed? Which skills will help you move forward—and who can help you get there?

At the 5th Egyptian Women's Summit & Employment Fair, you can take those questions directly to employers, business leaders and professionals with experience to share.

Explore the Employment Fair. Introduce yourself beyond your CV. Hear how successful careers were built, ask for guidance and discover possibilities you may not have considered.

Then continue learning through a digital training programme designed to strengthen your skills and readiness for work.

Come for the opportunities. Make the connections. Put what you learn to work.

16 Days of learning, opportunity and empowerment

The freedom to earn.
The power to choose.

Beginning with the summit on 25 November and continuing online until 10 December, our 16-day journey runs in parallel with the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence.

For us, women's economic empowerment means expanding access to skills, work and the ability to make independent choices. It also means standing for every woman's right to pursue those opportunities safely and free from violence.

From Learning to Earning brings that commitment into focus through career connections, practical learning and engagement with employers.
