Egyptian Squash Champion Salma Hany Wins Women’s Australia Squash Open Title

Salma Hany, an Egyptian squash star, won the Australia Squash Open’s title in the women’s division. Hany defeated Egyptian Amina Orfi in 46 minutes, 3-0.

PSA recently released the international rankings for the final week of February 2024. The women’s ranking included five female Egyptian squash players in the division.

Nour El Sherbiny topped the global rankings in the final week of February 2024 for the 27th time in a row and 237th overall. Hania El Hammamy and Nouran Gohar finished in second place, while Nour El Tayeb slid to ninth, but Rawan Al Arabi joined the top ten.
