Yehia Abu El-Fotouh emphasized that investing in human capital remains one of the bank’s top priorities, describing employees as a fundamental pillar in achieving its strategic objectives and sustaining growth and development.
He highlighted the importance of organizing sports and social activities that give employees opportunities to connect outside their daily work routines. He added that the bank remains committed to creating a positive and motivating work environment that fosters employee engagement and supports its ambition to become an employer of choice.
Mohamed Gamil reaffirmed the bank’s commitment to continuing its support for employee-focused activities and events, including sports, arts, and cultural programs.
