During the first day of the hearing, a South African legal representative said that Israel is committing sexual violence against children and women in Gaza, which is considered a huge crime against humanity. She proceeded to accuse the occupation of preventing the delivery of humanitarian aid, including birth supplies.
The South African legal representative added during her testimony before the International Court of Justice, accusing Israel of committing crimes against the Palestinian people, that Israel imposed evacuation orders from the north to the south of the Gaza Strip within 24 hours, which constitutes genocide, and it has also destroyed tens of thousands of homes so far.
Over the 75+ years of occupation, Israel has also eliminated any possibility of the displaced Palestinians returning to their homes, while any American or European jew is more than welcome to “come home” and get instant citizenship, a house, and full access to all the privileges of being an Israeli citizen.
Moreover, South Africa’s legal representative confirmed that Israel seeks to rebuild settlements on the ruins of destroyed homes, which means eliminating the lives of Palestinians in Gaza, indicating that more than 80% of Gaza’s population faces catastrophic hunger due to the Israeli military campaign.
