Women’s Cinema Club Screens 5 Movies in Hanager Theatre Today

The Women’s Cinema Club, organized by the National Cinema Center, will hold its cinematic screenings today, Monday, August 21, at the Hanager Cinema at the Cairo Opera House at 5:00 pm.

The club will present 5 films at the event, namely “Qanat El Swess Awasef Wa Ensan” by Anan Nadim, “Zafah” by Ahmed Samir, “Be Mit Ragel”, “Kamasha” by Samir Abdel Atti, and “Oudten We Salah” by Mina Maher.

Following the screening of the films, Film Critics Shahenda Mohamed Ali and Islam Ahmed Ali will hold a symposium to discuss the movies with their makers and the audience.

Notably, the Women’s Cinema Club in Cairo is organized on the third Monday of every month by the National Cinema Center in cooperation with the Cultural Development Fund Sector, headed by Dr. Walid Qanoush, and under the technical management of Film Critic Shahenda Muhammad Ali.
