Minister: Productive families’ projects ‘crucial’ in serving national economy

Productive families’ projects play an instrumental role in serving the national economy, said Public Business Sector Minister Mahmoud Essmat.
The ministry is adopting an economic empowerment policy in cooperation with the various State’s institutions, added the minister while inspecting the Arab Productive Families Exhibition, which is held under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.

Talking about his ministry’s efforts to keep pace with digital transformation, Essmat said that several foreign trade companies, which are affiliated with the ministry, were merged under the name of “Gosor” company in order to serve producers and importers.

The company’s branches in Africa, Europe and Arab countries adopt the latest marketing methods to cope with reaching the goal of increasing the country’s annual exports to around dlrs 100 billion, he went on to say.
