Cairo – October 31, 2026
The Top 50 Most Influential Women Forum, in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, launched today, Saturday, October 31, 2026, the second phase of the training program “Full-Rounded Professional Program” as part of the “Masarak L Bokra” initiative, in the presence of a distinguished group of experts, officials from the Ministry of Communications and the Institute of National Planning (INP), and executives from a number of companies, during an event held at the Institute of National Planning.
The event comes as part of continuing efforts to empower young Egyptians, qualify them for the requirements of the labor market, and strengthen their professional, digital, and life skills, contributing to linking training outcomes with the actual needs of the labor market.
The second phase aims to graduate 200 male and female students from 45 universities through a training program running from November 15 to December 15, 2026, and delivered online, enabling participants to develop their knowledge-based and professional skills and strengthen their readiness to move into different work environments.
This phase also sees the addition of financial literacy training to the two tracks offered in the first phase, namely the technology track and the marketing track, in a step aimed at broadening the range of skills participants acquire and combining specialized skills, financial awareness, and the life and professional skills needed to succeed in the labor market.
The program comes within the vision of the “Masarak L Bokra” initiative to bridge the gap between academic education outcomes and labor market requirements through an integrated training model that combines the development of technical and specialized skills, the building of a professional persona, and the strengthening of personal and leadership skills, contributing to raising young people’s employability and qualifying them to engage in various economic sectors.
For her part, media figure Dina Abdel Fattah, Founder and Chairperson of the Top 50 Most Influential Women Forum, affirmed that launching the second phase of the “Masarak L Bokra” program reflects the Forum’s commitment to investing in the abilities of young Egyptians by offering an integrated training model that is not limited to developing specialized and technological skills but extends to building a professional persona and strengthening life skills and financial awareness, qualifying young people to deal with the changing requirements of the labor market.
She added that the partnership with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the Institute of National Planning represents a model of integration between state institutions and civil society institutions in supporting and qualifying young people, noting that the second phase is an extension of what was achieved in the first phase, with the scope of the training content expanded to include financial literacy alongside technology and marketing, giving participants a more comprehensive view of their career paths and helping them make more informed decisions about their professional and economic futures.
She explained that the program aims to move training from the stage of acquiring knowledge to practical application by providing training opportunities within companies and institutions, strengthening young people’s ability to apply the skills they have gained in real work environments and raising their readiness for employment.
She affirmed that the Forum continues to work on building effective partnerships with relevant entities and the private sector to link training with real opportunities, supporting the economic empowerment of young people and contributing to preparing a generation capable of keeping pace with the rapid changes in the labor market.
The program plan includes providing hands-on training opportunities within companies and institutions, with participants preparing to join summer training and hands-on training opportunities at companies during July, August, and September, allowing them to become closely acquainted with professional work environments, apply the skills they gained during the training, and build practical experience that enhances their future employment opportunities.
The launch of the second phase of the “Masarak L Bokra” program reflects the importance of partnership among government institutions, civil society institutions, and the private sector in investing in young people and providing integrated training paths that combine knowledge with application and keep pace with rapid developments in the labor market, particularly in the fields of technology, marketing, and professional and financial skills.
Through this phase, the program continues its mission of preparing a generation of young Egyptians capable of developing their skills, exploring their career paths, and benefiting from the opportunities available in the labor market, supporting the economic empowerment of young people and contributing to building talent qualified for the requirements of the future.
