Empowering Tomorrow’s Talent: Top 50 Women Forum and October 6 University Sign Strategic Protocol for Training and Employment
Cairo – July 1, 2026
In a major step toward fostering career readiness for Egyptian youth, the Top 50 Most Influential Women Forum has signed a strategic cooperation protocol with October 6 University (O6U). The agreement aims to strengthen collaboration in the fields of professional training, qualification, and employment, alongside organizing joint activities designed to prepare students for the demands of the modern labor market.
The protocol was signed by Dina Abdel Fattah, Founder and Chairperson of the Top 50 Most Influential Women Forum, and Dr. Lina Gamil, representing October 6 University. This partnership is a key component of the Forum’s broader strategy to expand academic alliances with higher education institutions across Egypt.
This signing marks the beginning of a series of agreements the Forum intends to finalize with over 30 Egyptian universities. These partnerships will provide specialized training programs and skill-building workshops, significantly enhancing the readiness of students and fresh graduates to navigate the competitive job market.
The collaboration falls under the umbrella of the “Masarak Le Bokra” (Your Path to Tomorrow) initiative, launched by the Forum to provide hands-on professional development through strategic partnerships. This initiative aims to cultivate a new generation of talent capable of keeping pace with the rapidly changing requirements of the global and local labor markets.
The Top 50 Most Influential Women Forum launched the “Masarak Le Bokra” initiative today, Wednesday, in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and the Institute of National Planning (INP) as the strategic academic partner. The initiative is dedicated to qualifying and empowering young men and women for future career opportunities through specialized tracks that combine technological literacy with practical application and mentorship.
The launch event introduced the inaugural program, “Building an Integrated Professional Personality,” which targets a total of 1,000 students and fresh graduates. Each cycle of the 60-day program will host 100 participants, providing a comprehensive curriculum that includes intensive practical training within major corporations and leading institutions. This initiative responds directly to the digital economy’s shift, bridging the gap between academic theory and the professional skills required for the future of work.
