Strategic Synergy: Top 50 Women Forum and Ahram Canadian University Sign Landmark Protocol to Bolster Student Career Readiness
Cairo – July 1, 2026
In a major step toward aligning academic output with the evolving demands of the global labor market, the Top 50 Most Influential Women Forum has signed a strategic cooperation protocol with Ahram Canadian University (ACU). The agreement aims to foster a collaborative environment for the professional training and practical qualification of students, ensuring they emerge as competitive, highly skilled professionals.
The protocol was signed by Dr. Ahmed Anany, President of Ahram Canadian University, and Dina Abdel Fattah, Founder and Chairperson of the Top 50 Most Influential Women Forum. The signing took place on the sidelines of the official launch of the “Masarak Le Bokra” (Your Path to Tomorrow) initiative.
This partnership is designed to implement joint vocational programs, providing ACU students with direct access to professional mentorship and hands-on skill development. By bridging the gap between theoretical education and the practical requirements of modern industries, the protocol seeks to enhance the students’ readiness for immediate integration into the workforce.
Both parties emphasized that the synergy between educational institutions and civil society organizations is a cornerstone of youth empowerment. Through this collaboration, students will benefit from applied training modules that reflect the current realities of various economic sectors, effectively preparing them for a successful career transition.
The signing is closely linked to the “Masarak Le Bokra” initiative, launched today by the Top 50 Most Influential Women Forum in partnership with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and the Institute of National Planning (INP). This broader initiative is dedicated to qualifying young men and women for future labor market requirements through specialized tracks that combine technological literacy with direct career guidance.
The inaugural program under this initiative, titled “Building an Integrated Professional Personality,” targets 1,000 students and fresh graduates. Each 60-day cycle will host 100 trainees, offering a comprehensive curriculum that includes theoretical learning followed by intensive practical training within major corporations and leading institutions. This dual approach ensures that Egypt’s youth are well-equipped to thrive in the burgeoning digital economy.
