Dalia Khorshid Ranked Among the Middle East’s Top 100 CEOs in 2026

Dalia Khorshid, Group CEO and Managing Director of Beltone Holding, has been ranked 74th on the Top 100 CEOs in the Middle East 2026 list, highlighting her role in leading one of Egypt’s prominent financial services groups and supporting its expansion across regional and international markets.

Khorshid is among 102 executives representing 100 entries on the sixth annual list, which recognizes chief executives across 29 sectors and eight countries in the Middle East. Egyptian executives account for 15 positions on the list, while financial services is the largest represented sector with 30 entries.

Dalia Khorshid’s Leadership at Beltone Holding

Khorshid has served as Group CEO and Managing Director of Beltone Holding since 2022. In her role, she oversees the company’s diversified financial services portfolio, which includes securities brokerage, investment banking, asset management, private equity and non-banking financial services.

Her leadership comes as companies across the Middle East continue to expand beyond their traditional markets through acquisitions, new ventures and investments in emerging areas of the economy.

Beltone Holding Expands Its African Investments

In February 2026, Beltone Holding strengthened its presence in Africa through the acquisition of Baobab, a digital provider of microfinance services, for $233 million.

The acquisition reflects the broader diversification strategy highlighted in the 2026 Top 100 CEOs report, as companies across the region seek growth opportunities beyond their core markets.

In 2025, Beltone Holding recorded revenues of $277 million, while its assets under management reached $835 million.

Dalia Khorshid’s Board Memberships

Alongside her executive responsibilities at Beltone Holding, Khorshid serves on the boards of Sixth of October Development and Investment Company (SODIC) and Al Baraka Group in Bahrain and Algeria.

Her positions across financial services and corporate boards reflect the expanding role of senior executives in navigating growth, investment and diversification across the region.

Women Leaders in the Middle East’s Corporate Sector

Khorshid’s inclusion at No. 74 places an Egyptian woman among the region’s leading CEOs recognized in the 2026 ranking.

The Top 100 CEOs in the Middle East 2026 list highlights a changing corporate environment in which chief executives are increasingly expected to combine financial performance with broader contributions to economic resilience and development.

The ranking also reflects the growing importance of sectors such as financial services as Middle Eastern companies respond to technological disruption, changing capital markets and new opportunities for regional and international expansion.

The Top 100 CEOs in the Middle East 2026

The 2026 ranking includes 102 individuals across 100 entries and represents 21 nationalities.

Emirati executives lead the list with 31 individuals, followed by Egyptians with 15 and Saudis with 13.

The CEOs are based across eight countries in the region, including 49 in the UAE, 18 in Saudi Arabia and 11 in Qatar.

Banking and financial services represent the largest sector in the ranking with 30 entries, followed by real estate and construction with eight.

The ranking also reflects the broader transformation taking place across Middle Eastern businesses, with companies increasing investment in artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, the energy transition and advanced manufacturing while continuing to pursue diversification and international expansion.
