Taylor Swift recently added another achievement to her long list of accomplishments: she is now officially a billionaire.
Swift made it on Forbes World’s Billionaires List last week, and the journal estimates that she earned $1.1 billion this year.
The revenue is calculated using proceeds from her record-breaking Eras tour, the value of her song repertoire, and her real estate assets.
According to the publication, the American superstar is the first musician to earn ten figures entirely from her songs and performances.
In October, Forbes estimated that around $500 million of her money came from music royalties and touring, another $500 million from the increasing value of her music archive, much of which she has been re-recording and publishing, and $125 million from real estate.
