According to a high-ranking official cited by AlQahera News on February 18, Egypt has formally submitted two memorandums to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) regarding cases of Israeli occupation in Palestinian territories since 1967.
This news follows Egypt’s participation in the advisory opinion requested by the General Assembly of the ICJ regarding Israeli actions in Palestinian territories since the 1967 War.
Diaa Rashwan, Head of the State Information Service, announced that Egypt is set to participate in the advisory opinion requested by the United Nations General Assembly from the International Court of Justice regarding Israeli policies and practices in the occupied Palestinian territories.
The source also revealed that Egypt will present its submissions to the ICJ on February 21, 2024.
