Yesterday, August 26, Egypt’s Minister of Culture, Nevine Al Kilany, and the Governor of Suez, Abdel Megid Saqr, officially opened the first Suez Book Fair.
The General Egyptian Book Organization (GEBO) is in charge of organizing the book expo, which is taking place in the Suez Cultural Palace till September 4th.
According to Sada El Balad’s website, there are categories for books in various languages, translated works, and publications for adults and children produced by the GEBO.
In aims to satisfy the needs of a wide range of readers, the Suez Book Fair features a substantial number of excellent books from 40 exhibitors.
Moreover, the event hosts several cultural performances, kid-friendly entertainment shows, and cultural seminars.
