The Ordinary General Assembly of the Federation of Egyptian Banks met at the Federation’s headquarters headed by Hisham Okasha, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, where they approved the results of the candidacy.
Mohamed Badir, CEO of QNB Al Ahli Bank; and Hala Hatem Sadik, CEO of Ahli United Bank, won by acclamation.
And these 2 highly experienced members are the latest addition to the board of directors which also includes Mr. Mohamed Eletreby, Chairman of the Federation of Egyptian Banks, Union of Arab Banks and CEO of bank Misr; Hisham Okasha, chairman of National Bank of Egypt; and Hussein Abaza, CEO of Commercial International Bank.
The Federation also includes Tarek Fayed, Chairperson and CEO of Banque du Caire; Tarek Al-Khouly, Chairperson and Managing Director of saib Bank; Hussein Refai, Chairperson and Managing Director of Suez Canal Bank; and Ahmed Ismail Hassan, Regional Director of the Arab Bank.
