During the 44th session of the Arab Social Affairs Ministers Council held in Manama, Bahrain, Egypt’s Minister of Social Solidarity, Dr. Maya Morsy, was elected to serve as the chairperson for the 81st session of the Executive Bureau of Arab Social Affairs Ministers for a two-year term.
According to a statement from the Ministry, Dr. Morsy, who previously served as chair of the 43rd session of the Arab Social Affairs Ministers Council, participated in the opening of a high-level event on “Productive Families and Entrepreneurship” in Bahrain. She also contributed to a session on “Policies Supporting Productive Families: Between Reality and Aspirations,” where she highlighted Egypt’s efforts in supporting projects for productive families.
Additionally, Dr. Morsy had a significant meeting with His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, along with other social affairs ministers and heads of delegations attending the 44th session of the Arab Social Affairs Ministers Council.
