The U.S. Embassy in Cairo has proudly announced that Dr. Noha Said, a distinguished alumna of the U.S. State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), has been awarded the prestigious IVLP Impact Award for her groundbreaking educational initiative, Edu Next AI.
The award honors IVLP alumni who translate their international experience into real-world solutions. Dr. Said’s project is already making waves across Egypt by redefining classroom instruction through the use of artificial intelligence in education.
“Edu Next AI is transforming how teachers design lessons—making them more engaging, personalized, and effective for students across all grade levels,” said a U.S. Embassy spokesperson.
AI for Every Educator
Edu Next AI equips Egyptian educators with user-friendly AI tools and training to design innovative, student-centered lessons. It emphasizes inclusive teaching strategies that adapt to different learning styles and classroom environments, from urban schools to rural communities.
“AI isn’t just for tech experts anymore,” Dr. Said noted. “Edu Next AI puts cutting-edge tools in the hands of everyday educators—enabling them to inspire, not just instruct.”
International Recognition for Local Innovation
The IVLP Impact Award is part of a broader U.S. Department of State initiative to support alumni who are creating sustainable change in their home countries. Dr. Said joins a select group of global leaders recognized for tackling pressing local challenges through innovative, scalable solutions.
Her win highlights the growing role of technology in Egypt’s education reform efforts, and the potential of public diplomacy programs like IVLP to empower changemakers in key sectors.
