Wednesday’s Dollar Exchange Rate and Other Currencies in Egypt’s Major Banks

The value of the dollar remained steady at Egypt’s major banks at the start of today’s transactions.

The dollar rate was recorded at EGP 30.85 for selling and EGP 30.75 for buying at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) and Banque Misr.

The dollar exchange rate at the Commercial International Bank (CIB) was EGP 30.85 for buying and 30.95 for selling.

The average dollar rate on the Egyptian market was EGP 30.84 for buying and EGP 30.93 for selling, according to the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).

At Banque Misr and the NBE, the euro price was recorded at EGP 33.80 for purchase and EGP 33.98 for sale.

At the CIB, the euro price was EGP 34.10 for selling and EGP 33.91 for buying.
The pound sterling registered EGP 39.03 for buying and EGP 39.28 for selling at the NBE and Banque Misr.

The exchange rate for pounds sterling at the CIB was EGP 39.16 for purchases and EGP 39.40 for sales.
