Following her famous incident that went viral weeks ago, where she slammed a fan for shaming her stance on Palestine, Iraqi-American Huda Kattan, Owner of Beauty, recently announced that her wildly famed cosmetics brand company will be donating a cool million dollars worth of humanitarian aid to Palestinians in Gaza.

The donations will be made in the names of Huda Beauty and its affiliates, including Kayali and WISHFUL. Her generous gesture represents her unwavering solidarity with the Palestinian people.

Kattan, who owns one of the most internationally popular beauty and makeup businesses globally, is an American of Iraqi ancestry. TIME Magazine named her one of the 25 most influential people on the internet in 2017.

Kattan has made it pretty clear time and time again that it is critical to amplify the voices of the Palestinian people and encourage their resistance against the injustice and inhumane conditions they have been forced to endure for decades and the escalations over the past 33 days.

She further urged her followers in a recent post, writing: Please do not give up! You ARE having an impact! Your voice matters, and the kids in Gaza and Palestine are in desperate need of your support! Kindly raise awareness!

In another post on her official Instagram account, she urged humanitarian celebrities to address the genocide and voice their opinions on the Palestinian cause instead of staying quiet.

With an impressive Instagram following of 53.8 million, the cosmetics giant is a powerful platform that inspires change and connects with a global audience. Huda hopes to foster more knowledge and support for the Palestinian cause through her active participation on Instagram.
