Yesterday, Egypt’s Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, successfully resolved a dispute between cyclists Ganna Elewa and Shahd Saeed at the ministry’s headquarters in the New Administrative Capital.
This came during a meeting at the ministry’s headquarters in the New Administrative Capital to address and end any conflicts.
During the session, the minister facilitated a reconciliation between the two players and emphasized their need to focus on their future in cycling and resolve any recent disputes.
He stressed the importance of sportsmanship and the safety of competitors. Both athletes expressed their commitment to starting a new chapter of friendship and ending their differences.
They also expressed their intention to focus on the national team in the upcoming sports competitions and thanked the Minister of Youth and Sports for his intervention in ending the dispute and for his continuous support of Egypt’s sports champions.
