The Egyptian cycling team won the African Cycling Championship. The tournament took place at Cairo International Stadium in Egypt from January 10 to 14.
Egypt’s team took home 50 medals, including 23 gold medals, 17 silver medals, and ten bronze medals.
The Egyptian national team had a rigorous training period before the tournament and had previously won the Arab Championship in Saudi Arabia.
As a result, Egypt’s team qualified for the Olympics, and Egypt’s seats in the Paris 2024 Olympics will be officially announced in April of next year.
