by Nada Khaled

Lauren Jauregui, A Cuban-American singer and former member of the well-known all-girl band “Fifth Harmony”, has just released her latest track “The Day the World Blows Up” in solidarity with Palestinian children.

After releasing the song, Jauregui posted on her X account: I wrote this song on November 6th but I feel like it has tried to write itself many times before.

She added: It encompasses the underlying energy I’ve been feeling for a while now about this world. My heart has been in a state of perpetual heartbreak, and music, as always, is the only thing that makes it make sense. Even still in the midst of this chaos, I feel hope in us finding each other and remembering what we truly are. She concluded her post: I hope this song finds you if you need it.
