In a gesture highlighting the importance of empathy in aviation,  the Chairman and CEO of EgyptAir Holding Company, Ahmed Adel, honored two flight attendants for their exemplary humanitarian conduct during a recent flight.

The recognition was awarded to cabin crew members Nariman Abu Bakr and Sara Haiman Saleh, who demonstrated professionalism and compassion while assisting a passenger in need mid-flight. According to an official statement, the crew members provided continuous care and ensured the passenger’s well-being throughout the journey.

Adel praised the attendants for their “outstanding level of performance” and their ability to combine professional service with genuine human concern—qualities that remain essential in modern air travel. He emphasized that their actions reflect the broader values upheld by EgyptAir’s workforce.

“This honorable conduct is not new to EgyptAir,” Adel said, noting that the airline consistently strives to deliver high-quality service while prioritizing passenger comfort and safety. He added that such examples set a benchmark for excellence among employees and contribute to enhancing the airline’s reputation both regionally and internationally.

The recognition underscores EgyptAir’s ongoing commitment to service excellence and highlights the critical role of cabin crew in shaping passenger experience beyond routine hospitality. Industry observers note that acts of empathy and attentiveness can significantly influence customer trust and brand loyalty, especially in high-pressure environments such as air travel.

By celebrating these individual contributions, EgyptAir reinforces a culture where professionalism and humanity go hand in hand—an approach increasingly valued across the global aviation sector.
