About the summit

One destination.

On 25 November 2026, the Fifth Egyptian Women's Summit brings students and graduates from 50 universities face to face with the ministers, business leaders and employers shaping Egypt's job market.

Over one day they'll find inspiring stories, mentoring and 75 companies at the Employment Fair. For 1,000 of them, it's followed by 16 days of training that turns skills into opportunity.

Vision

A generation of young Egyptian women ready for the job market, with equal access to opportunity and the economic independence to shape their own choices.

Mission

To connect students and graduates with the skills, employers, and decision makers they need to move from education to employment, through a national summit, an employment fair and a 16-day training programme.
