Minister of Social Solidarity Maya Morsy met with UNICEF Representative in Egypt Jeremy Hopkins and his team to discuss ways to enhance their cooperation.
Morsi emphasized the strong partnership with “UNICEF Egypt” as a prominent strategic partner across various areas.
Leaders from the Ministry of Social Solidarity attended the meeting.
The discussions focused on various areas of mutual cooperation related to social care and protection for children.
The meeting also covered cooperation plans in early childhood development and efforts to enhance the skills of those providing institutional care to children.
Additionally, they discussed collaborative initiatives and outlined the future vision for cooperation within the framework of an integrated strategy for social protection, in alignment with “Egypt Vision 2030” and in coordination with other stakeholders.
