The Federation of African Engineering Organizations (FAEO) just announced granting Renowned engineer Sabah Mashaly the Excellence in Practice Award for Female Engineers for 2023. She is set to be officially honored on September 27 in Pretoria, South Africa.
Mashaly was previously selected in 2018 among the top 50 influential female figures in the Egyptian economy, in addition to having many research and scientific papers in the field of smart networks and renewable energies.
She was also selected among the top 4 female engineers in the world for the year 2020 by the World Federation of Engineering Organizations (WFEO) in Paris.
It is worth noting that the internationally awarded engineer is a member of many Egyptian and international companies and organizations, including membership in the Electricity Utility and Consumer Protection Regulatory Authority, membership in the Beheira Electricity Distribution Company, and the General Authority for the Development of the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE).
