The Egyptian Pound (EGP) slightly declined against the US dollar (USD) at the beginning of Thursday’s transactions today, August 1.
Egypt’s Central Bank (CBE) has recorded the average dollar exchange rates in major Egyptian banks to be 48.50 for buying and 40.64 for selling.
The Commercial International Bank (CIB) has set the exchange rates at EGP 48.64 for buying and EGP 48.74 for selling, while the National Bank of Egypt and QNB ALAHL have recorded the currency for 48.62 for buying vs. 48.72 for selling.
On the other hand, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) offers even higher rates of EGP 48.70 for buying and EGP 48.80 for selling.
