Two Ministers Discuss Establishing Micro-Projects to Provide Jobs for Underprivileged Citizens

Public Business Sector Minister Mahmoud Essmat and Social Solidarity Minister Nevine el Qabbag probed for ways of establishing micro-projects to secure job opportunities for underprivileged citizens.

 

The two ministers agreed during their meeting on Thursday, 12/1/2023, that there is an urgent need to develop a strategy to support productive families’ projects in various spheres in collaboration with the relevant bodies and ministries.

 

The meeting, meanwhile, tackled a host of issues as part of the State’s policy which primarily aims to provide the necessary facilities to attain economic empowerment and provide jobs to underprivileged citizens.

 

The two ministers also discussed ways of forging partnerships with electronic platforms to market the products of the productive families’ projects.
