Top 50’s Marwa El-Ayouti Appointed CFO of PepsiCo

Our very own Top 50 member and awardee, Marwa El-Ayouti, has recently joined PepsiCo as their new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). 

El-Ayouti formerly worked in the same position at Orange Egypt from 2018 to 2023. Before that, she worked at Vodafone for 18 straight years and held multiple positions at the renowned company, most recently as Chief Financial Officer from 2011 to 2018.

Moreover, she served as Vodafone Group’s Financial Controller for Asia, the Pacific, and the Middle from 2008 to 2010, then returned to Vodafone Egypt in 2010 to become Finance Operations Director.

It is worth mentioning that El-Ayouti received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the American University in Cairo in 1998. She also earned her MBA in International Business from the Maastricht School of Management and was honored by the Top 50 Women’s Forum in 2016.

Her endless ambition and determination have helped her climb the corporate ladder with fast and steady steps, earned her multiple awards, enriched her career experience, and transformed her into an idol who constantly inspires Egyptian women and girls to dream big and follow their goals.
