Talaat Mostafa, 20 other Egyptian Real Estate developers made it to Forbes Middle East List

Forbes Middle East has revealed its ‘Most Impactful Real Estate Leaders’ ranking, spotlighting the 100 innovation-driven regional developers building for the future, among them was 20 Egyptians with Talaat Mostafa in the top ten.

The ranking was developed based on the company’s financials, the value of projects completed, projects under construction, the reputation of project delivery, and the size of the landbank and units held by the developer.

The developers featured on this list represent nine countries in the region. The U.A.E. leads with 33 companies on the list, six of which are in the top 10. 23 are headquartered in Saudi Arabia, followed by 20 in Egypt.

Governments, corporates, and semi-government developers are investing in real estate projects throughout the region, particularly in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the UAE. These projects are giving a huge boost to the regional construction sector, which also has a positive outlook over the next few years.
