Solidarity Minister Visits New Valley to Launch Development Projects

On Sunday, the Minister of Social Solidarity, Dr. Nevine Elkabbaj, visited the governorate of the New Valley to oversee several initiatives connected to the ministry.

Additionally, the minister is going to launch several development initiatives in collaboration with civil society.

Along with some other officials and legislators, Kabbaj was welcomed by Mohamed el Zamalout, the governor of the New Valley.

Minister Kabbaj, joined by her accompanying delegation, inspected the 1,135 square meter Farafra Social Rehabilitation Center, which offers a range of high-level social and development services.

Along with a fish farm and many development initiatives in Farafra town, she also examined a family development center, the productive families expo, and programs that seek to empower the local economy.
