PLASTEX Exhibition Show to Kick Off Tomorrow at EIEC

by Nada Khaled

The 19th PLASTEX exhibition is set to open tomorrow, Tuesday, January 9, at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in Cairo and will run until January 12.

The show, which is the Middle East and North Africa (MENA)’s largest plastics and rubber fair, will take place under the patronage of Egyptian Prime Minister Dr. Moustafa Madbouly and with the support of the Chamber of Chemical Industries, the Division of Plastics Industries, and the Chemical and Fertilizer Exports Council.

PLASTEX, which features over 500 companies from over 50 countries, plans to drive the transformation of the plastic and rubber industries over the next decade, placing Egypt as a hub for innovation that mirrors broader trends, attracts change-makers, and uncovers growing opportunities in MENA markets.

It is worth mentioning that PLASTEX has been a trusted partner for local and international plastics companies, as well as a market entry tool for international brands looking to establish a presence in the Middle East and North Africa.

The exhibition allows buyers and sellers to meet, learn, network, do business, and discover new products, solutions, and technologies from over 500+ exhibiting companies from 50+ participating countries, resulting in a world-class environment for trade across the industry’s entire value chain.
