During a meeting with UN agencies envoys, Egyptian Minister of Social Solidarity, Dr. Nevine Kabbaj, Praised the political leadership’s stance on the crisis in Gaza to underscore the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination.
In order to coordinate efforts to provide Gaza with aid, Minister Kabbaj and Minister of International Cooperation Rania Al Mashat met in greater detail with representatives of UN agencies in Egypt.
The purpose of the meeting with the foreign partners was to coordinate efforts with ERC to guarantee the secure delivery of immediate humanitarian and relief aid to Gazans.
The participants reached a consensus on a particular information-sharing method, as well as the regulation of aid and guaranteeing its prompt and secure delivery to the Gaza Strip.
Minister Kabbaj also lauded the Egyptian people’s and all state institutions’ tremendous assistance for the Gaza Strip, particularly that of the Egyptian Red Crescent and the National Alliance for Civil Development Work (NACDW).
