Minister Soha Gendi Praises Fruitful Cooperation with NTA to Qualify Egyptian Women Abroad for Leadership

Soha Gendi, Egyptian Minister of Emigration and Expatriates Affairs, praised the National Training Academy (NTA) for its productive collaboration with the ministry in providing training in management and leadership to Egyptians living abroad.

According to Gendi, who was quoted in a statement yesterday by the ministry, the program targets female Egyptian expatriates striving for an opportunity to hone their administrative and leadership skills.

The minister’s remarks while she chaired the committee choosing candidates for the program that would prepare Egyptian women serving in leadership positions abroad.

She affirmed that this program underlines the State’s highest commitment to assisting Egyptian women inside and outside the Egyptian state.

The minister further claimed to have met with numerous program alums who praised the government’s initiatives to assist Egyptian expats.
