Minister Of Planning, TSFE CEO Follow Up on Funds Work Files, Sub-Funds

Minister of Planning and Economic Development and Chairperson of The Sovereign Fund of Egypt (TSFE), Hala Elsaid, met with TSFE CEO Ayman Soliman to follow up on various Fund work files and projects.

Soliman discussed the most important achievement in the IPO program, which was entrusted to the sovereign fund, as well as the agreements on Safi and Wataniya companies. He pointed to the projects achieved in the Tahrir Complex and the Ministry of Interior premises, as well as the utilization of government authorities’ vacated buildings.

He also reviewed various sub-fund projects, including the education fund, which has achieved significant success during the past few months, and the infrastructure fund, which is working on green hydrogen.

Meanwhile, Elsaid discussed TSFE and sub-funds future plans to be presented to the board of directors. She also praised the accomplishments of the fund and confirmed that a meeting would take place to thank Fund members who made significant efforts.

Elsaid stressed that TSFE succeeded in improving its global ranking, alluding to the approval of the political leadership to increase the Fund’s capital and establish partnerships with Egyptian, Arab, and foreign private sectors.
