Head of the NCW, Dr. Maya Morsi, said the “Heya Taqood” “She Leads” program encouraged students of technical education and made technical education different in the eyes of students and their parents, explaining that the students’ experience in She Leads is something honorable, thanks to the teachers of technical schools.
Dr. Maya Morsi explained that she sees in the students of the She Leads the Future Women program that technical education is part of the work of the Youth Leaders Foundation, noting that the students lead the future of the country and this is a great opportunity for the students at a time that is considered a golden opportunity for women, and the National Council for Women.
For his part, Representative Ahmed Fathi, Executive Director of the Youth Leaders Foundation, said that the Youth Leaders Foundation is working to develop the technical education file and change the mental image of technical education with the participation and support of the National Council for Women and the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, which is considered as the main supporter, explaining that the program is leading faced great challenges in its implementation to reach school principals and directorates, and the Young Leaders Foundation proved that it can invest in technical education and its students.
He further thanked the United Media Services Company for its great support for what is being accomplished and for shedding light on the pioneers of technical education. Representative Ahmed Fathy also thanked the Ministry of Education and Technical Education for its great support for the She Leads program for technical school students, directing his speech to the students: I am proud that you are a graduate of technical education. in Egypt.
The Young Leaders Foundation announced the launch of the final competition for the “She Leads” program for the third year in a row, Saturday, in cooperation with the NCW and under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, in the presence of the Minister of Education, Dr. Maya Morsi, and representatives from the Council and the government, private and media sectors.
The Youth Leaders Foundation stated that 150 students are competing this year in the final competition of the program from various technical education schools in Cairo, Ismailia, Minya, and Beni Suef, after more than 6 months of training, which began with personal training to work on developing students, and practical exercises. And technology, in addition to training on entrepreneurship topics to help them implement their ideas and projects, qualified them to compete in a final competition full of innovative ideas.
