Marsa Alam City to Organize World Tourism Day Carnival

On the occasion of World Tourism Day, Marsa Alam City will organize a huge celebratory event scheduled to take place from September 20 to 28.

As many as 50 fine artists from 22 countries will contribute to the carnival, which takes place in the Red Sea City next month under the auspices of the Culture Ministry’s fine arts department and the Tourism Authority.

Furthermore, the manager of the event, Fine Artist Mohamed Hemeida, stated that tours will be organized for participants in the event to the different tourist destinations to promote travel to Egypt.

He also noted that part of the carnival will be held in the Upper Egyptian city of Luxor.

In addition, an exhibition will also be held on September 27 to display the works of the participating fine artists.

All the participants will be honored at the end of the celebrations, Hemeida concluded.
