Local Development Center in Saqqara receives 54 female C-suite executives today. The center offers specialized management and leadership training sessions, as 2 senior -level executives in each Governorate receive management training, as a step to empower the youth to advance their career paths with leadership development.
On the other hand, Major General Hisham Amna, Minister of Local Development, referred to the Ministry’s efforts for empowering women and integrating them into the development plans in line with the gender equity goal of Egypt’s vision 2030. Further, the training will contribute to harnessing the trainees’ professional skills and leadership capabilities.
