Kuwait Finance House – Egypt (KFH-Egypt) has renewed its strategic partnership with Entreprenelle for 2026, reinforcing its commitment to women’s economic empowerment and digital inclusion across Egypt and the wider MENA region.
The announcement coincided with the 11th edition of SHE CAN Mega 2026, held April 17–18 at the Creativa Innovation Hub in Giza. The annual event ran under the theme “If She Can’t, Who Can?”
Strategic focus on AI, fintech, and future-ready skills
KFH-Egypt participated as a Platinum Sponsor and Comprehensive Empowerment Partner, offering Sharia-compliant financial solutions alongside capacity-building initiatives. Central to the collaboration is a push to equip women and youth with in-demand skills in artificial intelligence and financial technology.
As part of the partnership, KFH-Egypt and Entreprenelle launched four specialized AI training programs in collaboration with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA). The programs emphasize practical applications across industries, aiming to improve employability and career mobility in a rapidly evolving labor market.
The initiative aligns with broader development efforts led by German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Egypt, working with the Ministries of Social Solidarity and Youth and Sports, and co-funded by the European Union.
A platform for inclusion, networking, and growth
Over two days, SHE CAN 2026 hosted a wide-ranging agenda of panel discussions, interactive workshops, and networking sessions tailored to diverse career paths. The event featured three simultaneous stages, fostering open learning and cross-sector collaboration.
Organizers emphasized accessibility and inclusion, integrating people with disabilities as active contributors rather than symbolic participants. Programming and venue design reflected a commitment to equitable participation—an increasingly central theme in Egypt’s workforce development strategy.
Strategic partners including TikTok MENA, DiDi, and MOUNT Communication contributed to the event’s programming, expanding opportunities for collaboration and exposure.
Closing the gender gap in Egypt’s workforce
“SHE CAN 2026 is an inspiring platform that connects ambition with opportunity,” said Rania Ayman, founder and CEO of Entreprenelle. “Despite women’s participation in Egypt’s labor market reaching about 20.7% in 2025, there remains significant room for growth. Our mission is to build an integrated ecosystem that supports women economically.”
For KFH-Egypt, the partnership underscores a broader investment in human capital—particularly women and youth—as drivers of sustainable economic growth. By focusing on digital skills and financial inclusion, the bank aims to help bridge persistent gender gaps in employment and entrepreneurship.
A catalyst for women-led innovation
Over the past decade, Entreprenelle has supported thousands of entrepreneurs, helping transform ideas into viable businesses across Egypt and beyond. Its flagship SHE CAN event continues to serve as a cornerstone for knowledge exchange, mentorship, and investment opportunities in the region.
With renewed backing from financial institutions like KFH-Egypt and international development partners, SHE CAN 2026 reinforces its role as a catalyst for women-led innovation—and a key pillar in Egypt’s evolving digital economy.
