The protocol aims to encourage foreign doctors to train young Egyptian doctors, support women in mental health fields, develop mental health hospitals, and prepare graduates of the Arts Faculty’s Psychology Department to work in the Health Ministry.

The signing ceremony was in the presence of Social Solidarity Minister Nivine Qabbag, Health and Population Minister Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Youth and Sports Minister Ashraf Sobhi, and several ambassadors, members of parliament, and public figures.
