The role of women is considered essential in strengthening the economy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Therefore, the Saudi government launched initiatives and movements to provide Saudi women with job opportunities and economically liberate them in Saudi society.
The Kingdom’s 2030 Vision aims to provide job opportunities for nearly one million Saudi women by the year 2030, as it seeks to offer them job opportunities in the government sector and state agencies, in addition to the private sector, companies, and factories.
The initiatives played a significant role in raising awareness of the importance of women’s participation in the labor market. That came in line with the Kingdom’s 2030 Vision, which seeks to regulate the labor market, and empower women by raising their qualifications and thus, their chances to enter the labor market.Moreover, it works to provide various job opportunities in many areas, allowing them to make decisions and attend local and international events and conferences.
