involved in the BOO projects as competitive bids between the international developers to build, own, operate the wind & Solar farms. My task is participating in the preparing for bids documents, analysis of the submitted offers from the bidders and consultants and choosing the short list.
Working with international financing entities & Consultants.
Completing the procedures till the negotiations with the selected bidder and make the final contract including all agreements.
Also, the Benban Feed in Tariff Solar Projects in Aswan as a pioneer project in Egypt & got with the team many prizes and recognition from international financiers.
Started working in 1989 in the Egyptian Electricity Authority (EEA) as a Telecommunication Engineer and in 1995 till 2009 as a project Engineer & from 2009 till now, with private sector projects , especially Renewable Energy.
Attended many technical &managerial courses in and outside Egypt.
Member in many committees in national and international entities.
Represent EETC & MOERE in many of national & international Renewable Energy Conferences.
