The exchange rate between the Egyptian Pound (EGP) and the US Dollar (USD) remained steady when the market opened on Monday, May 27, 2024.
The National Bank of Egypt, Banque Misr, Banque de Caire, and the Commercial International Bank (CIB) posted exchange rates of EGP 47.10 for purchase and EGP 47.20 for sale.
QNB ALAHLI, on the other hand, offered rates of EGP 47.06 for purchase and EGP 47.16 for sale, while Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank set its rates at EGP 47.10 for purchase and EGP 47.20 for sale and Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt maintained rates at EGP 46.74 for purchase and EGP 46.84 for sale.
The Arab African International Bank adjusted its rates to EGP 47.07 for purchase and EGP 47.17 for sale, while the United Bank set rates at EGP 47.05 for purchase and EGP 47.15 for sale.
