Egypt Women’s National Team Participates in the Croquet World Cup in England

Egypt’s women’s national croquet team will participate in the Women’s World Cup in golf croquet.

The tournament was held on the courts of Brighton, England, during the period from 7 to 14 August, and the delegation of the Egyptian national team was headed by Dr. Mohamed Raslan, President of the Egyptian Croquet Federation and member of the Executive Office of the International Federation, and includes 13 players.

Fifty-six players from 17 countries participated in the tournament from Egypt, England, New Zealand, Australia, Spain, South Africa, Ireland, Scotland, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Mexico, Portugal, Switzerland, USA, and Wales, according to “Sada Elbalad English” website.

The Egyptian national team includes the players: Suha Mustafa, Amani Hassan, Pauline Salib, Abeer Mustafa, Manal Khudair, Maram Nabil, Noha Mamdouh, Sarah Hani, Berihan Alawi, Mervat Shazly, Maha Al-Dardiry, Ghada Karam, and Tafida Al-Khodari.

Egypt won the title of the last edition of the Women’s World Cup in golf croquet held in New Zealand in 2019.
