Ghada Labib holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Division, Cairo University in 1992 .. Then, MBA in Business Management in 2012, Labib worked as Head of the North African Group in the “African Organization for Public Administration” since November 2018, and Labib also held the position of Adviser to the Prime Minister for Follow-up and Information Technology, And Assistant Minister of Communications and Information Technology for Institutional Development Affairs between 2013 and 2014, she also worked as an assistant to the Minister of Administrative Development, Director of the State Administrative Reform Program, and Director of the Prime Minister’s Office between 2014 and 2015, and Labib assumed many duties in the “Ministry of Administrative Development” : Technical Office Director between 2005 and 2007, Advisor to the Minister of Administrative Development institutional development, and during that period oversaw the development of plans for capacity building at the level of the administrative organ of the state, and also served as a member of Transparency and Integrity Committee in the ministry.
