Dollar prices stable at Egypt’s major banks at early Tuesday’s transactions

The dollar exchange rate was stable at the beginning of Tuesday transactions at Egypt’s major banks.

 

The dollar price witnessed great change against Egyptian pound in the past period. Dollar exchange rate rose between 50-60 piasters in November.

 

At the National Bank of Egypt (NBE) and Banque Misr, the dollar rate registered EGP 24.64 for buying and EGP 24.69 for selling.

 

At the Suez Canal Bank, the dollar rate registered EGP 24.65 for buying and EGP 24.75 for selling.

 

At the Commercial International Bank (CIB), the dollar exchange rate recorded EGP 24.68 for buying and 24.74 for selling.

 

According to the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE), the average dollar rate at the Egyptian market registered EGP 24.68 for buying and EGP 24.74 for selling.

 

The euro price registered EGP 26.19 for buying and EGP 26.33 for selling at Banque Misr and the NBE.

 

The euro price at the CIB amounted to EGP 26.23 for buying and EGP 26.39 for selling.

 

According to the CBE, the average euro rate at the Egyptian market registered EGP 26.21 for buying and EGP 26.30 for selling.

 

The pound sterling at the NBE and Banque Misr registered EGP 29.72 for buying and EGP 29.90 for selling.

 

At the CIB, the pound sterling exchange rate amounted to EGP 29.77 for buying and EGP 29.95 for selling.

 

According to the CBE, the average pound sterling rate at the Egyptian market registered EGP 29.79 for buying and EGP 29.89 for selling.

 

The Saudi riyal price stood at EGP 6.55 for buying and EGP 6.56 for selling at the NBE.
