AED 58.8 billion Women’s Investments in Dubai Real Estate in 2022

The real estate sector in the Emirate of Dubai saw record results for women in the field of real estate investments, in 2022.

Women demonstrated a strong presence by registering 33,419 investments worth AED 58.8 billion, owned by 26,698 women, making a significant leap, compared to 2021 with a growth of 50.8% in terms of the number of investors, 50.7% in terms of the size of the investments and 53% in terms of the value of the investment, according to data from the Dubai Land and Property Department.

This remarkable development in the size of women’s participation in real estate investment has achieved a growth of 76.5% in value terms, surpassing for the first time the half trillion dirhams barrier with a total of 528 billion dirhams.
