Mapping the Future: Dina Abdel Fattah Launches “Masarak Le Bokra” to Empower Egypt’s Youth

In a major step toward bridging the gap between academia and the professional world, the Top 50 Most Influential Women Forum has officially launched its newest initiative, “Masarak Le Bokra” (Your Path to Tomorrow). The program is a collaborative effort with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and the Institute of National Planning (INP), acting as the strategic academic partner.

The initiative is designed to prepare students and fresh graduates for the rapidly evolving demands of the global labor market. The first module, titled “Building an Integrated Professional Personality,” targets a total of 1,000 trainees, with each cycle hosting 100 participants selected through a highly competitive screening process.

Dina Abdel Fattah, Founder and Chairperson of the Top 50 Most Influential Women Forum, highlighted the overwhelming response to the program, noting that 1,000 applicants vied for the 100 slots in the inaugural cycle. “This initiative is our response to the digital economy’s needs,” Abdel Fattah stated. “We aren’t just teaching skills; we are shaping professional characters capable of leading in diverse economic sectors.”

The comprehensive 60-day journey includes 120 hours of specialized theoretical training, followed by a full month of hands-on internships at leading Egyptian and international firms. This practical exposure is designed to give trainees the edge they need to navigate modern business environments successfully.

According to Abdel Fattah, the program’s success will be measured through rigorous evaluations conducted in partnership with host institutions. These assessments will be followed by individual feedback sessions with the 100 participants to refine the criteria for future cycles. By combining expert mentorship with technical training, “Masarak Le Bokra” stands as a vital platform for fostering young talent and securing Egypt’s professional future.
