Egypt Appoints Zina Tawakkol as Executive Director of “Qaderoon” Fund

Egypt ‘s Prime Minister,  Mostafa Madbouly, formalized Zina Tawakkol’s appointment as Executive Director of the Qaderoon Bikhtilaf Fund—an independent national initiative that supports and empowers citizens with disabilities—under Presidential Decree No. 157 of 2022, amending Law No. 200 of 2020.

Dr. Maya Morsi, Minister of Social Solidarity, extended her heartfelt congratulations, praising Tawakkol as “a professional leader with strong cultural awareness and multilingual skills,” citing her Master’s degree in health policy at domestic and international levels. She emphasized Tawakkol’s excellent organizational abilities, decision-making, relationship-building acumen, staff leadership, and operational management experience.
