Egypt’s official admission to the BRICS group is crucial for the country’s connections with developing nations, according to statements by the Minister of International Cooperation, Rania Al Mashat.
Mashat noted in a lecture on Thursday, July 9, that the action also intends to encourage collaboration with the new development bank that Egypt joins this year.
The Egyptian official emphasized the ministry’s contribution to fostering ties with Asian nations and opening up fresh opportunities for economic collaboration with China, India, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and others.
According to the minister, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi is highly interested in using precise governance guidelines to get funding for development.
